- $SHARE token acts as a Collateral Reserve Instrument for $SHAREHodler Agents ensuring timely guaranteed trustless payouts.
- $SHARE token gains value over time from staking.
The $SHARE IDO Token Sale
The $SHARE token sale is split into two rounds. An IDO whitelist round and a public round. The IDO round will require participants to apply for whitelisting from which participants will be chosen randomly. Funds raised from the IDO whitelist round will be used for marketing to take us to a public sale. Dates will be supplied and posted across all our official social media platforms.
The minimum and maximum funding amount per wallet to purchase $SHARE in the Private IDO whitelist sale round is capped at a minimum of 250 BUSD and a maximum of 1,000 BUSD.
The details for the public sale round will be announced closer to the time.
$SHAREconomics
We have a total supply of 250,000 $SHARE tokens and the private sale listing price is $5 per $SHARE token. The token allocation is as follows:
- 10% of the total supply is available for purchase at IDO whitelist sale
- 10% of the total supply is available for purchase at public sale listing
- 10% supply will be reserved for $SHAREHodler Staking
- 20% — Easyshare Community Reserve & Grants
- 10% — Team allocation
- 10% — Marketing
- 5% — Advisers
- 5% — Partners
- 20% — Liquidity

Vesting
- Whitelist: 50% at TGE (Token Generation Event), then 12.5% every 2 weeks.
- Team: 50% at TGE (Token Generation Event), then 10% every month.

Angel investors participating in the Easyshare $SHARE Token IDO will need to be whitelisted in advance. Joining the whitelist will allow you to have a chance of buying into the private sale round.
We’ll share the list of wallet addresses that are eligible and contact them via email and social media DMs on next steps in the Private IDO.
